We work on "No Fix No Charge" policy means if we can't fix your pc then we will not charge you anything. Our prices clearly mentioned on website which are excluding any parts. We will inform you before any part replacement and if you are happy with part cost then we will replace it.

Our Engineers are qualified in IT sectors and they have 10 years minimum experience in IT field. We fix the price with customer before we take the work in hand.

Bipra Limited cannot be responsible for loss or corruption of any data when formatting or working on any Computer or hard drives, it is the client’s responsibility to in writing, inform us of any data to be saved or backed up. Without written backed up data requests Bipra Limited assume Computer can be wiped without saving any current data. We may contact you to inform you that a format is required and then we would normally require client to request data saved.

Liability:

Bipra Limited cannot be liable for any loss of earning, loss of any financial or non financial gain or loss of any revenue while any work (including guarantee work) is being carried out. Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If you need to discuss anything then contact us.
